Frequently asked questions
Can I download Instagram reels?
Yes, as long as the reel is public. Paste the reel link the same way as a post link.
Can I download all slides of a carousel?
Yes. Every slide is shown as a thumbnail; save one, several, or all of them as a zip.
Can I download stories or private accounts?
No. Only public posts and reels are supported.
Why does the page suggest the local app?
Instagram sometimes shows a login wall to server addresses. The local app runs on your computer, so it can fetch videos and reels through your own connection. It cannot fetch photos.
Is it free?
Yes, within your plan’s limits (no account: 3 downloads and 300 MB every 24 hours). See Plans.
